Original recipe

Tip!!! You can let it simmer up to one hour, I personally don’t like my fruit to get soggy since it will continue sitting as we serve, the fruit with absorb the juice 😉 and add your favorite liquor** use your favorite fruits or whatever you can find at your local supermarket 😊 I buy all my ingredients at my local Mexican supermarket but you can also find them at your local Walmart

Ingredients:
1 cup Hibiscus/ Jamaica Flower
2 tamarind pods
3 small piloncillos
2 large cinnamon sticks
6 whole cloves
Sugar(if needed)
1/2 cup plums
1/2 cup prunes
5 sugar cane stalk
2 oranges (optional)
1 lb Guava
1 lb tejocote/ Mexican hawthorn
3 membrillos/ quince
3 brown pears
2 green peras
3 red apples
2 golden apples
5L water-(20 cups)
1 serving of love 💕
