Directions:
Step 1 (PREP): Clean canning jars with soap and water. IMPORTANT NOTE: Don't need to sanitize jars if processing in boiling water at least 10min after packing. Less than 10min you need to sanitize jars and lids in simmering water.

Step 2 (INGREDIENTS): Clean okra, trim down stems, cut off any black tips. Add 1-2 sprigs fresh dill and scoop of chopped garlic (about a tablespoon) to each canning jar. Add okra to canning jar, pack vertically and put as many as can fit

Step 3 (BRINE): Make brine by mixing together 1 1/2 cups distilled vinegar, 1 1/2 cups water, and 1/8 cup canning salt per 2 jars okra. Bring brine to a boil, then fill jars containing okra, filling to within a quarter inch of top of jar (leave 1/4 inch headspace), tap out any air bubbles

Step 4 (PROCESS): Seal jars with covers, completely submerge in boiling water for 10min

Step 5 (STORE): Store in dark for 2-3 weeks prior to consuming
