Dating back to 1934, Ringo released Winter Wonderland on his 1999 album, I Wanna Be Santa Claus.It was originally a love song. In 1947 more lyrics were added and this was know as the "Children's Edition".
There are numerous recordings of the song including, Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald, The Miracles,. Aretha Franklin, Elvis Presley and Darlene Love,
on Phil Spector’s wonderful 1963 Christmas album.
