The 15th song on Moby's 1999 hit album "Play". I decided to try something new and force myself into sound design by doing a cover. Hope you enjoy.

Patch Details
The piano is sampled from my home piano... I intentionally used it because it's a couple years out of tune and thought it would fit perfectly with the warpy vibe of this track. Played via Hermod / BitBox run through Popple stereo filter and finally through FX Aid. KeyStep is playing bass chords via a custom Modular V patch in DAW (two saw osc just a few cents detuned for that phasing effect). Hydrasynth is the warpy dying sounds with envelopes on filter and amp and heavy on pitch, with oscillators significantly detuned, processed through Timeline and BigSky. Wavestate is playing the VOX. Digitakt has drums.

Visuals are meant to align with Moby's original intent/feeling with this track.
