Taste Of China was a Chinese restaurant just outside of Haverhill, Suffolk, UK that served awful food, cooked by a chef who had sold his London laundry to pursue his dream of running a Chinese restaurant, whilst playing host to Karaoke evenings. However his real dream was to convert the run-down theatre which existed behind the restaurant building. Having been given a tour of this, complete with back-story by the staggeringly drunk and emotional chef/owner - I felt obliged to capture some of the singing by his affable and frustrated waiter.
