***INGREDIENTS***

FOR THE SAUCE
1 onion
2 bell peppers
3 blended tomatoes
3 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons olive oil / vegetable oil
2 bay leaves
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Garlic powder (optional)
1 table spoon oregano
1 table spoon paprika

VEGETABLES
4 tomatoes
4 egg plants (I ended up using 3 not 4)
2 zuchinni
olive oil / vegetable oil


Serves 5-6 plates
