If Germany won, the things in the world would rapidly change. Europe would be divided in a few zones, which would all be controlled by the allies of the Germans. Africa would be split in two, with the Italian and German occupied parts remaining. The rest of the world would also be split between the Axis powers, but the biggest changes would happen in the US, as they would be split into German, Italian and Free zones, in which the final hope of the world would live.
