A nice two-sider, from South Amherst, Ohio.
They were four, including Bill Marren, Cliff Buckosh and Tom Diechler, and were active from 1965 to 1968. Bill Marren was later in the Estes Brothers.
This side was compiled on Highs In The Mid-Sixties Vol. 21, (on which the sound is sadly really poor), and the flip on Psychedelic States: Ohio In The 60s Vol. 2.
