We have had to listen to Donald Trump and various other Republican idiots for the last four plus years, tell us that elections in this country are not secure. They're easily hackable. Oh my God, we've gotta do something to protect our elections. Because anyone, any country could come in and absolutely change the results, delete votes, do whatever they want. So you would assume, right, that when Donald Trump gets in office, he's been there for a month now, that, hey, okay, maybe the one good thing the guy could do is maybe strengthen election security, right? Well, if you think that you'd be wrong, because instead of actually strengthening election security here in the United States, Donald Trump has instead made multiple decisions that have effectively rendered our elections hackable to pretty much anyone on the planet that has, you know, that kind of intent. It all started, of course, several weeks ago at the beginning of the administration when Donald Trump decided to, uh, get rid of the FBI's Cybersecurity Group that oversees foreign meddling in US elections.

Nah, I think we all know why Donald Trump would not want the FBI to be looking at other countries who could be meddling in our elections. I mean, think back to 2016, the Mueller investigation. Yeah. So makes sense why Trump would want to do that. But from an actual election security standpoint, that's a very stupid thing. So he actually disbanded the two groups that do that. Those are the first things he did. And of course, back then, when it happened back then, a month ago, um, I talked about it at the time, but last week, he went a step further and they have now fired, uh, what is it, 4% of the workers at the Nation's Cyber Defense Agency within the FBI that literally oversees election security, right? Like not the foreign interference part, just the security of the machines, the security of the paper ballots, all of that fired 'em. And more firings are of course, on the horizon. The 4% were just the probationary people. Like we just fired the new people. Now we're gonna come through, they say and fire even more people, which of course, leaves our elections less secure. They have also started firing the federal workers at the state level, right? They're federal workers, but they work in the states who oversee election security.

So if you're working at it on the federal level in DC you're fired federal level, but you're at the state, you're fired. And of course, if you're trying to monitor election interference from other countries, you have also been let go.

This, of course, again, coming from the man who has repeatedly told us that elections are being stolen, we have weak, weak systems here. It's horrible what they're doing to the elections. You don't care about that. In fact, if anything, you want to make our systems more hackable, you want to make it to where people can cheat in elections, and it doesn't take a genius to figure out why you and the rest of the Republican Party want that. Polls have already shown a shift in 17 of the top swing districts in this country. A month ago, those swing districts were already trending Republican for the 26, uh, 2026 midterms. Now, just a month later, they're all trending Democrat. That is a remarkable shift, especially considering the Democrats really haven't done that much to convince voters that we're fighting back against Trump. So, makes sense why you would want our elections hackable, but it's also the most transparent thing that I've ever seen in my life. People need to be aware of this. People probably need to be concerned about this because Trump is making it a lot easier for his party to cheat in the future.
