In this class you will learn :
Transparency Mask: This method involves using the Transparency panel to create a mask effect. Select the object you want to mask, open the Transparency panel , click on the "Make Mask" button, and then use the Transparency panel options to adjust the mask's opacity and blending mode.
Opacity Mask with Gradients: Instead of using a solid object as a mask, you can create a gradient object to achieve a more gradual masking effect. Create a gradient object on top of the object you want to mask, select both objects, and then apply an Opacity Mask to the gradient, adjusting the gradient's stops and opacity settings to control the masking effect.
Clipping Path: Similar to the Clipping Mask, you can use a Clipping Path to mask an object. Create a shape on top of the object you want to mask, select both objects, and then go to Object then Clipping Mask then Make. This will create a clipping path that hides the parts of the object outside of the shape.
