* Fish fillet -700g
* Coriander
* Onion - 1
* Lemon -1
* Bell peppers- 2
* Tomatoes -3
* Garlic -3-4
* Salt (to taste)
* Black pepper (to taste)
* Curry powder- 2 tablespoons
* Vegetable oil / olive oil - 2-3 tablespoons
