House hunting for a property to flip on Detroit's east side. We came across a property that is in serious need of tlc. It smelled horrible, it was full of trash and mold everywhere. The asking price is $20k but I dont think that's cheaper enough considering the amount of work needed. I estimated about $60k-$70k. Would you buy this property for $20k?
