These green salsa stuffed chilaquiles are next-level delicious! 🥰 I like to call them the Mexican-style ravioli 😍 This recipe makes around 25, perfect for sharing… or not! 😋

CHILAQUILES VERDES RELLENOS INGREDIENTS:
For the salsa:
► 10 tomatillos
► 2 jalapeños
► 2 serrano peppers
► Small piece white onion
► 2 garlic cloves
► Small bunch of cilantro
► 2 tsp chicken bouillon
► 1/2 cup of the water from the veggies
► Strand of epazote
For the chilaquiles
► 2 cups of corn masa (I'm using maseca)
► Some salt
► 1 1/2 - 2 cups of warm water
► Oaxaca cheese
► Some red onion
► Crema Mexicana
► Cotija cheese
