✔ milk 300 ml
✔ egg yolks 3
✔ 70 g sugar
✔ vanilla sugar 10 gr
✔ sour cream 350 gr
✔ 20 gr gelatine
▶️Cooking:
✔ Pour cold milk over the gelatin and let it swell
✔ Make a hole in the cardboard box. This will be the mold for the dessert
✔ In a saucepan put the egg yolks, sugar
✔ Stir
✔ Pour in the milk
✔ Place on the stove, bring to a boil.
✔ Add the gelatin
✔ Stir
✔ Combine the sour cream and vanilla sugar
✔ Add the sour cream mixture to the egg mixture.
✔ Stir until smooth
✔ Fill the dessert mold with the liquid batter
✔ Cover with clingfilm and place in the refrigerator for three hours.
✔ Cut open the package, take out the dessert
✔ Decorate with white and milk chocolate.
✔ Slice into portions and serve
