BAKE 500° Approx 10 Minutes
DOUGH INGREDIENTS——————————————————————————
2 1/2 C. All purpose Flour
2 tsp Sugar
1 package Instant Dry Yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Dried Basil leaves
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
2 Tbs Extra virgin Olive Oil
1 C. warm water (about 100)
Olive oil for bowl
SAUCE INGREDIENTS———————————————————
2 1/2 Tbs Butter
2 Tbs All purpose flour
1 1/2 C. WHOLE MILK
2 Finely minced Garlic cloves
1/8 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/3 C. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt if needed
pepper flakes as needed (optional)
SAUSAGE INGREDIENTS———————————————
1 Lb. Sweet Italian Sausage
1/2 tsp Crushed fennel Seed
1/2 tsp Crushed Basil
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
Salt as needed
Pepper as needed
EXTRAS FOR TOPPING_________________
●Mushroom slices (I used Baby Bella)
● Orange Bell Pepper as needed
● Purple Onion thin slices as needed
● Pepperoni slices as needed
● Pineapple Chunks as needed (optional)
● Fresh Baby Spinach as needed
● Thin mozzarella strips as needed for crust
