For the first time since the war began, Ukraine's deputy foreign minister is in India and has invited PM Narendra Modi to visit Kyiv. Emine Zhaparova met with MEA officials in New Delhi on day 1 of her four day trip to India and also invited the Modi government to join Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s 10-point peace formula and grain initiative.
