
I know there is much more that could be said as to how this movie was made, and I graze over a lot of the nuance of how movies are really produced. The goal was just to do a quick tie-in of how the same mindset that ruins our entertainment is ruining everything else too.
Everyday, I see businesses commoditize creativity, problem solving, and team work into a soulless void of buzzwords and checkboxes (i.e. "talent," "skillsets," "resources")
Godzilla Minus One was a reminder of the kind of truly meaningful AND FUN production that comes from real human collaboration. Most of all, it's still gets the results corporations wish they had in the first place.
To all my science viewers: No productions of upcoming videos were harmed or delayed in the production of this video. It was a one-day "project break" we took to have some fun, the big stuff is still on the way!
