Celestina was one of my oldest characters, her design was nagging at me so I decided to take it back to it's roots. Way back when she was a fan character. Because I'd love to keep her that homage to how I used to visualize her as a child. I decided she model's her tail stylistically to have strict split ends and appear as multiple tails for added flair. She is a ZP canon popstar.
