Today I'm cooking a full lunch for a large company.

RICE WITH MEAT

Ingredients:
• Meat - 1.5 kg
• Vegetable oil - 100 ml
• Onion - 500 g
• Carrots - 500 g
• Salt - 1 tbsp.
• Cumin - 1 tsp.
• Garlic - 50 g
• Boiled chickpeas - 200 g
• Raisins - 50 g
• Barberry - 10 g
• Chili pepper - 3 pods
• Rice for pilaf - 1 kg

Preparation:
1. Cut the meat into small pieces and fry until golden brown over high heat with vegetable oil.
2. Put the fried meat in a bowl.
3. In the same pan, fry the onion, cut into half rings.
4. Add the carrots, cut into large strips, and fry with the onion for about 5 minutes.
5. Return the meat to the pan. Add cumin and salt, stir.
6. Add garlic, boiled chickpeas, raisins, barberries and stir well again.
7. Put in whole chili pods and pour in well-washed rice.
8. Pour in water so that it covers the rice by 1–2 cm.
9. Cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and cook for 40–50 minutes.
10. Check the rice for readiness, remove from heat.

Dinner is ready — hearty, aromatic and home-style!



HEARTY CRAB SALAD

Ingredients:
• Crab sticks - 400 g
• Cucumbers - 500 g
• Eggs - 8 pcs.
• Canned corn - 560 g
• Olive mayonnaise - 200 g

Preparation:
1. Boil the eggs hard (about 10 minutes).
2. Cut the crab sticks, cucumbers and eggs into medium cubes.
3. Mix everything in a large bowl with corn.
4. Add mayonnaise, salt to taste and mix thoroughly.

The salad turns out juicy, aromatic and very satisfying!
