A few months ago, we held a giveaway won by a girl named Tehmeena Rafiq. We sent her the $100 cash prize the very next day. However, since she lives in a village with no proper address, we couldn’t ship the gift box from the U.S. due to postal restrictions.

We planned to send it with relatives returning to Pakistan at the end of Ramadan, but their trip was canceled. Later, we planned to deliver it personally during our visit, but couldn’t share travel dates for safety reasons. Once we arrived in Pakistan, Tehmeena posted negative comments, even though we had assured her the gift box was hers.

This is a reminder to everyone: the giveaway was real. The winner was chosen randomly and fairly. Delays happen, but that doesn’t mean we forgot or backed out.

We’ll now be sending her gift box through TCS or a reliable courier service once we receive a proper address. We’ll share proof of dispatch on all our social media platforms.
