
I will share here the recipe of the tarte aux abricot. I buy the dough in the shop, it called « pate brisée », so I will put just the rest of the recipe:
Mix all together : sugar 75gr, batter 75gr, almond powder 75gr and 1 egg.
Put it on the dough and then put the apricots on the top and voilà 🤗 That is it🤗
I baked it in the oven 200C, around 30 min.
