1. Give Them the Weekends Off
Around here, we believe that blue collar workers deserve the same treatment as white collar. We all need time to rest and relax.
2. Stop Charging Staff for Food
This should be one of the no-brainer perks of working in the restaurant industry. Well fed people are happy people.
3. Work Alongside Your Team
Stop asking your staff to do jobs you're not willing to do yourself. If that means that you're washing dishes and taking out trash, so be it.
Your team is the backbone of your business. Why wouldn't you treat them with the respect they deserve?
