The preparation:
Soak the dry wakame seaweed in water for about 10 minutes, drain and squeeze.
Cook soy noodles according to the manufacturer's instructions, I just pour boiling water into the bowl with the noodles, cover and after 15 minutes strain them.
Grate the vegetables in a mandolin into matchsticks.
sauce:
Mix all the other liquid ingredients with ginger, garlic and sesame.
Pour the sauce over the seaweed with vegetables, mix well.
