So we might currently have a dysfunctional council in the Horowhenua, but at least we don't have a dysfunctional Mayor..! He has made an initial move in cleaning up Foxton's water by installing special filtered taps in both the town & beach areas.
Here's the town one, the water from it tastes pretty good!
