Max Dweck asked over on Patreon, if there were any Jewish pirates during the Golden Age. Jewish tombstones on Jamaica often feature a skull and bones, and for this reason, some people have falsely recognized them as "Pirate graves". Most of these graves are from the 1600s, and decades before the period in which the skull and bones became associated with pirates - or moreso, that pirates became associated with "death". These symbols were used on the grave and tombstones of all Europeans, regardless of religion or ethnicity.
