▶️Ingredients:
✔ chicken egg - 3
✔ green onions - 5 g
✔ carrot - 15 g
✔ onions - 15 gr
✔ milk - 1 tablespoon
✔ green onion - 5 g
✔ salt - ⅓ teaspoon
✔ pepper - ⅓ teaspoon
✔ vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
▶️Cooking:
✔ Finely chop carrots.
✔ Chop onion.
✔ Whisk eggs in a bowl.
✔ Strain through a sieve.
✔ Season with salt, pepper, carrots, onions and green onions.
✔ Heat and oil a frying pan.
✔ Pour in the mixture.
✔ Roll the pancake in half.
✔ Slide to the edge of the pan.
✔ Brush the remaining free space with butter.
✔ Pour in egg mixture.
✔ Cook on one side.
✔ Roll up the pancake again.
✔ Repeat the process once more.
✔ Fold the pancake completely, remove from the stove.
✔ Slice individually.
✔ Serve with soy sauce.
