About the Album:
"The idea of “returning to the basements” was the main concept in the development of this job. It's not uncommon for my creations to lean towards the 90s vibe, but here I dug deeper into that atmosphere. In the digging, looking for the most obscure samples and in some cases manipulating on 16 levels. In the breakbeats (almost all Beats are drumbreak samples) and in the textures of each track. It took a year and a half to build this album. Some Beats came the first time, others I had to go back and remaster, or just add something extra. The result of this was this completely obscure chart, a mix of sounds from my biggest references in beatmaking, such as Q-Tip, Nick Wiz, Lord Finesse, Pete Rock among others."
