We close down every weekend and here's why. We operate on a "people over profit" mindset around here, which means our guests and our team's wellbeing comes first, always.
Closing on the weekend means that all of these hardworking people get two consecutive days to rest, recharge, and actually spend some time with their families.
If there's one thing I've learned in my lifetime it's that there will always be more money, but you will never be able to replace or make up for lost time spent with loved ones.
Just trust me on that.
