IT IS ALMOST LIKE ON COAL, JUICY FRAGRANT! COOKING FAST AND VERY SIMPLE!

WE TAKE:
🔹 minced pork and beef 800 gr
🔹 onion 2 pcs
🔹 cilantro parsley 1 bunch
🔹 spices to taste: I have paprika, ucho-suneli, black pepper, basil, Adyghe salt
🔹 for serving, I have: greens, garlic, yogurt, pita leaf, fresh vegetables

WE DO:
✅ finely chop the onion and greens (you can pass through a meat grinder) and mix with minced meat
✅ minced meat is well kneaded and beaten off for 7-10 minutes, cool well
✅ we form a kebab as it is convenient, I got 5 pcs and put it in a well-heated oven on a wire rack (put a tray from below) temperature 220-250 degrees, ready in 35-40 minutes
✅serve lyulya hot with your favorite sauce, vegetables and pita leaf, sprinkle with sumac if desired

* be guided by the heat of the oven, if it “smokes” a little from the dripping fat, let the smoke release the flavor into the kebab and turn on the hood!
* you can cook on skewers and put them on a baking dish, or directly on a baking sheet
