I transformed my life by transforming my lifestyle. I decided to MOVE MORE. I walk, bike and lift, so that I burn more energy and create a caloric deficit most days of the week. I didn't have to join a gym, do hour long workouts, or run on a treadmill. I just walked, biked and weight trained for 250 minutes a week. Caloric deficit more times than not, every week constantly, is the goal.
