
Ingredients:
Mango Jelly Layer:
• ½ cup mango puree
• ¼ cup Milkmaid
• 2 cups water
• 1 tsp agar agar
Milk Pudding Layer:
• 2 cups milk
• ⅓ cup Milkmaid
• 1 tsp agar agar
Method:
1. In a saucepan, cook mango puree and water over medium heat.
2. Add Milkmaid and agar agar, stir constantly until it comes to a boil.
3. Pour into a mould, let it cool, and refrigerate until set. Cut into shapes.
4. In another pan, heat milk and Milkmaid.
5. Add agar agar, let it boil.
6. Pour into a tray, place the jelly cutouts in it. Let it cool and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Serve chilled and enjoy the creamy mango goodness!
