-- ENG -- A new chapter begins for Italians GAME OVER (@gameoverthrash8102) represented in this interview by his frontman Luca "Ziro" Zironi (guitas/vocals) and his drummer Anthony "Vender" Dantone. Things become very serious for GAME OVER and their never-ending lust for thrash metal blood : turning into a five-piece act with the entrance of Danny on vocals and Leo on bass, this very professionnal band founded in 2008 in Ferrara ( Emilia-Romagna) aims to take its sound to the next level both in the studio and live. And now, in 2025, their new 6th studio album is called Face The End (@ScarletRecordsYT). They deliver here a very good stuff with a dual soul : a warning about the Western world’s critical state and a call to face challenges that often mark new beginnings. Their sound has reached new heights with heavier riffs transitioning from blistering fast sections to crushing mid-tempos and catchy breakdowns. Aggressive vocals, anthemic gang choruses, and subtle synths parts create some eerie atmospheres inspired by '70s and '80s horror/slasher films, blending sheer intensity with haunting storytelling. One thig is sure : this game is not over yet !

-- FR -- Un nouveau chapitre s'ouvre pour les Italiens GAME OVER ( @gameoverthrash8102 ) et leur soif insatiable de thrash metal. Ils sont représentés dans cet entretien par son leader "Ziro" (guitares/chant), et son batteur Vender. Le combo transalpin s'est transformé en quintet dernièrement en 2025, avec l'arrivée de Danny au chant et de Leo à la basse, ce groupe très professionnel fondé en 2008 à Ferrare (Émilie-Romagne) ambitionne de propulser son son au niveau supérieur, en studio comme en live. Et maintenant, en 2025, leur 6e album studio s'intitule Face The End (@scarletrecords). Ils livrent ici un très bon morceau à l'âme double : un avertissement sur l'état critique du monde occidental et un appel à relever les défis qui marquent souvent les nouveaux départs. Leur son atteint de nouveaux sommets avec des riffs plus lourds, passant de sections rapides et fulgurantes à des mid-tempi écrasants et des breakdowns accrocheurs. Des voix agressives, des refrains de gang entraînants et des synthés subtils créent des atmosphères inquiétantes inspirées des films d'horreur/slasher des années 70 et 80, mêlant intensité et narration obsédante. Une chose est sûre : le jeu n'est pas encore terminé !
