200gr of speculoos biscuits
200gr of boudoirs (biscuits cuillers)
300gr of mascarpone
4 TBSP of icing sugar
1 espresso coffee
Blend all biscuits together until thin, add the icing sugar, mascarpone and espresso coffee. Mix with your hand and roll into bite size balls. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
