INGREDIENTS for loaf pan 9 x 5 inches / 23 x 13 cm
▪️ 360g all-purpose flour
▪️ 10g baking powder
▪️ 190g sugar
▪️ 1g salt
▪️ 190g cold butter
▪️ zest 2 lemons
▪️ 190ml milk
▪️ 3 eggs
▪️ 2 tsp vanilla extract
🍋 BAKE 55-65 minutes at 180ºС / 350ºF
FOR SYRUP:
▪️ juice 2 lemon
▪️ 20-30g sugar / or to taste if syrup is too sour
🍋 COOK over medium heat about 5 minutes
