I was walking the streets of Washington DC right before I had to catch a flight back home and had just found out that it was one of the two days in the entire year where citizens are allowed to tour the grounds of the White House. Not only that, we also learned it was the exact date in history where the cornerstone of the White House building was set in stone.

Just then my friend and I were waiting at the light to cross the street and next to us was a group of four women. They look at me and one of them asks if I'm Ross? I said yes I am! Then we began to chat and after hearing the story of Myisha, one of the four, I knew this was a divine setup.

We shared our stories of growing up in lesbian households, encountering Jesus and now burning for Revival. We prayed, took communion and declared Jesus over our nation together in a moment I'll remember for the rest of my life.
