Dee Murray is my all time favorite bass player (McCartney is my second). Dee is best known for his long-time collaboration with Elton John as a member of the Elton John Band. He also played on my first album with drummer Nigel Olsson. “The Ballad Of Danny Bailey” was recorded in 1973 for Elton’s legendary album Goodbye Yellow Brick Road.#classicrock #bassist
