CAFA U18 Women’s Championship 2024 has left a positive mark on the landscape of women’s football in the region. With a vision to foster the growth of women’s football and strategically prepare teams for continental AFC competitions, CAFA orchestrated a exciting tournament from April 19th to 28th, 2024. This single round-robin format tournament showcased the talent and determination of five participating teams: Iran, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyz Republic. With a total of 10 matches and an impressive tally of 44 goals, the championship was a testament to the burgeoning talent pool and competitive spirit in Central Asia.
