Ingredients: (serve for 2-3 people)
3 tablespoons ragi flour (finger millet flour)
1/4 cup carrot, dice
1/4 cup green beans, chopped
1/4 cup frozen peas
2 tbsp celery, finely chopped
2 teaspoon oil or ghee
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups water or vegetable broth
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp roasted jeera powder
1-2 tsp lemon juice
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Note: For more spicy soup, sprinkle some chilli flakes
