***INGREDIENTS***
1 1/2 cups of long grain rice
1 cup of green peas
5 small carrots
1/2 bell pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons turmeric
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
2 bay leaves
