Green-Screening Live In-Studio Performance
Introducing the music video for acclaimed songwriter Zachary Cale. Created as the latest installment of the Green-Screening showcase, a unique concept of 28 diverse bands playing live in a Brooklyn studio, captured in just one week.
Zachary Cale is an exceptionally talented contemporary folk poet in a Bob Dylan/Leonard Cohen vein, whose rootsy country guitar has also drawn comparison to Neil Young and Bert Jansch. Please check out more of his work and news at
Each live performance in the series receives a custom video to the artist's brief, in this case 'ticker tape parade' inspired the dreamy confetti visuals, transporting the viewer to a sepia-tinted New York where movie stars mingle with the band as they perform.
The project is a crowd-funded audiovisual experiment in how content is created for musicians - participants include Dale Earnhardt Jr Jr, Shilpa Ray, Friends, Caged Animals, Tanya Morgan - for more please visit
