Welcome to DEZHAT. We are a group of electronic music producers based in the area of Mannheim, Germany. When it comes to writing songs, mixing, mastering, artwork or even directing and editing music videos we put in all our different skills to make it happen.

We just released our first EP BANNED OVER HEART RISK, which blends electronic music with elements of rap, dub and indie pop.

Right now, I am about to record a follow up EP. In addition we prepare ourselves for the first live gigs to get in touch with you.

Wir sind DEZHAT, eine Gruppe von drei Musikproduzenten aus Mannheim. Unsere Musik vermischt Einflüsse aus Electro, Dub, Rap und Indie-Pop. Dabei bringt jeder von uns seine individuellen Stärken ein - von Songwriting über Produzieren, bis hin zu Mastering und Videodreh.

Im November 2013 haben wir die erste EP BANNED OVER HEART RISK veröffentlicht.

Im Moment arbeiten wir an neuen Songs und bereiten unser Live-Set vor, um für euch die Bühnen zu bespielen.

VERSE 01:
Whenever I’m confronted with myself I start to lose it
And I come to think: What if I’d never come to making music?
There’s no way to refuse it, see, I’m all in since back then,
But when I grab the pen between the lines, there’s too few time to spend.
I’m in a restless state, still I can find no inner peace,
I find myself watching ASMR videos to catch some sleep.
My life feels like a set made out of strange rhythmic patterns.
So I’m always looking for the best parts to have them captured.

VERSE 02:
While I’m sitting in the office and staring at the screens
I’m thinking of a melody that would go perfect with the beats.
And as my fingers start to tap on all kinds of different textures
I realize this part is way too big to fit my leisure.
Constantly under pressure this is causing too much tension.
But I’m pretty much obsessed with it, I don’t really have to mention.
While the work on songs is pending I could well use some time
But since there’s no time left to spend, this shit bares heavy on my mind!

BRIDGE:
