
TAKE:
🔹 canned fish -1 can
(you can take any: I have sardines)
🔹 onion 1 head
🔹 hard cheese 100 gr
🔹 butter 50-70 gr
🔹 boiled carrots 1 pc
🔹 eggs 4 pcs
🔹 mayonnaise 4-5 tbsp
WE DO:
✅ boil and cool carrots and eggs in advance
✅ mix fish with finely chopped onion and knead with a fork
✅ rub into separate plates: cheese, carrots, yolks, whites
✅ cool the butter in the freezer and rub on a fine grater
✅ collect the salad in layers, smearing each layer with a net of mayonnaise: grated protein, mashed fish with onions, carrots, butter, cheese, yolk.
✅ decorate with greenery and let the layers soak for a couple of hours or more
* before serving the salad, let it “warm up” a little so that the oil is absorbed into the layers and gives a delicate taste
* do not press the layers too tightly - this will make the salad airy
* for satiety, you can add the bottom layer of potatoes or rice, just stir the salad, BUT - that will be a different story!
* do not add salt and pepper - this will preserve the traditional taste!
