Can you believe mom and dad have never had a proper grilled cheese sandwich? Of course they’ve had sandwiches with cheese before but simple grilled cheese sandwich is not a thing in Korea. So I made some homemade bread and made a grilled cheese sandwich with cheddar, gouda and gruyere, plus some roasted tomato soup.
