Friends, in this video I made a cutting machine and showed how to make one at a very low cost.By cutting machine, I mean the kind of machine we use as our grinder.This machine is usually used to cut iron items, PVC pipe seats, and many other types of items.So I'll first tell you how I made this. First, I made a structure out of cardboard seats.Among them, I used a powerful 775 DC motor.And these motors are very powerful, as you all know.And because this motor is a DC motor, we can power it with various types of things like solar panels, battery power supplies, etc.And the most important thing is? I have installed a speed controller in it. Let's say we need a low speed. Then we can reduce the speed. Similarly, when we need speed, we can increase its RPM.775 motor can work easily from 12 volts to 24 volts. So, even if our voltage is higher or lower, there will be no problem.After getting everything ready, I tested it out and saw how beautifully our iron cut PVC pipe seats and cards effortlessly.What's more important is that we can remove the blade and replace it with another one at will.
