On August 6, 2025, mgk met fans at a meet & greet held at Sunrise Records in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Among them was a cat, and he picked up the adorable kitty in his arms. Both mgk and the cat are SO CUTE. This meet & greet event was held as part of the promotion for his new album "lost americana," which will be out on August 8.

FYI: mgk has three cats.
