Making a work colleague's Healthy Brownies, the ingredients are 200g pitted dates, 200g cashews, 3 tbsp peanut butter(add extra if needed), 3 tbsp desiccated coconut, 3 tbsp of dark cocoa 😋 put it in food processor until blended. I rolled them into little bite size power balls. They could also be rolled in one large sausage shape after being in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours cut into cookie slices. Another option is shape into a flat Swiss roll tin or brownie tin then cut into brownie shapes after being in the fridge 😋
We watched the movie Pixels. I'm trying to watch films I haven't seen before. A lot of the time I love watching something I have already watched as its cosy, comforting and familiar 🙃 🙂
