Christina Anna Skytte: Born in 1643 in Sweden, Christina Anna was a noblewoman entangled in piracy. Her brother, Gustav Skytte, secretly commanded a pirate ship, attacking vessels in the Baltic Sea. Christina Anna and her fiancé, Gustaf Drake, became his partners. In 1662, they attacked a Dutch merchant ship, murdered its crew, and sank the vessel between Öland and Bornholm. The crime was discovered when the wreck washed ashore, leading to their exposure. Christina Anna and Gustaf fled to Denmark to avoid arrest. Her brother was captured and executed in 1663. Christina Anna was not prosecuted due to her marital status, and she and Gustaf later returned to Sweden, where they settled at Edeby Manor near Nyköping. She died in 1677, leaving behind a legacy intertwined with nobility and piracy.
