So this idea floating around this weekend and had the perfect reactor to try this Valby build. I have a max MP component that would have been much better but needed the MP recovery in combat. This build and fight you basically need to keep your 5 stacks up (fusion) and kind of control the boss movement the best you can. If you get hit with rockets it's basically GG. Fun build.
