А.В.Вишневского АМН СССР, 1975г.Показана эффективность применения "лучевого" скальпеля для рассечения тканей при операциях на большом дуоденальном соске, на внутрипеченочно-желчных ходах в области ворот печени, при наложении билиодигестивных анастамозов, а также для рассечения комиссур клапанов сердца при операциях на "сухом сердце". Не менее интересна возможность применения "лучевого" скальпеля в пластической хирургии.

The effectiveness of using a "ray" scalpel for dissecting tissues during operations on the large duodenal nipple, on intrahepatic-biliary passages in the area of the liver gate, when applying biliodigestive anastamoses, as well as for dissecting the commissures of the heart valves during operations on a "dry heart"is shown. No less interesting is the possibility of using a " ray " scalpel in plastic surgery.
