Just one spoonful of coffee and black as night chocolate cake on the table! ASMR

A very juicy cake with a rich chocolate flavor. It will work only if you add just one spoonful of instant coffee.

Chocolate Cake Recipe:
On the form d = 20 - 25 cm:
280 gr. flour
400 gr. Sugar
8 gr. soda
5-6 gr. baking powder
5 gr. salt
100 g cocoa powder
2 eggs
210 gr. milk
2 gr. vanillin
100 g vegetable oil
1 glass of boiling water (or coffee).

For decoration:
Peanut.
Chocolate and one spoonful of vegetable oil.

How to make a chocolate cake:
1. In a bowl, combine vegetable oil, milk and eggs. Stir with a whisk until smooth.
2. In a separate cup, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
3. Inject dry into the liquid mixture. Stir until smooth.
4. Pour a glass of coffee brewed with boiling water into the dough and mix quickly.
6. Pour the dough into a baking dish. The fact that the dough is thin is good.
7. We put the form with the dough in the oven preheated to 200 C. We reduce the temperature to 180 C. Bake for 45 - 55 minutes. We check the readiness with a wooden skewer.

After baking, the chocolate sponge cake will be crusty. To soften it - cover the mold with foil and send the cake to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
